Refund Policy

Payments made by a Namma Matrimony member for membership, a renewal fee, or an automatic renewal are not refundable.

A member of Namma Matrimony is not permitted to assign or transfer their Namma Matrimony membership to any other individual or organisation. This is a violation of the terms and conditions, and Namma Matrimony will still be entitled to use its right under clause 2(b) of these terms and conditions.

Once payment for Namma Matrimony services has been received, it cannot be transferred to another individual or entity or applied to any other products or packages that the company offers.
