• You agree that we may also allow third parties to provide you services on the website like horoscope matching etc., and we may also collect the payment for such third party services to you as add on services subject to your availing the same.

• We however do not assure or guarantee the complete protection of user data while it is in transit, or prevent any tampering of the data by a third party with malicious intent before the data reaches the our servers. Security

We ensure all security and privacy of the data uploaded by you on our server. The same is shared only to the permitted parameters only. Due care is taken by us to protect the data uploaded on our server. However, we do not stand guarantee for any loss of data, tampering or misrepresentation at other platforms or the platforms used by the members for uploading the data on our site.

You at your level are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login detailos viz your user ID, password, OTP, etc. We, as a Company do not ask for Password and you are cautioned not to share your password to any person. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur in your account. We are not liable or responsible for any acts or deeds done through your account on our site in any manner and liability in this regard is limited.

Prohibited activities

The members are required not to indulge in any prohibited activities against the law. We reserve our rights to remove, suspend the membership for any such activity and /or report the same to the law and order agencies. Members are also prohibited from entering into private calls, communications, video calls etc at their own level without firstly verifying the authenticity and credibity of the member.

Members are further advised to refrain from the following activities :

• Entering into any financial transactions with prospects. Any Members shall not seek financial help or provide financial help from / to the other members
• Using abusive or offensive or unprintable language when they communicate with the other Members
• Members are required not be discriminative or using racial, religious, caste based comments etc.
• Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.
• Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
• Violating any law for the time being in force.
• From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.
• The Members are required to be very cautious while interacting with the propects and especially from the prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Members are also required to be aware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
• The member specifically agree that for good and effective search results you are required to regularly visit the website by logging in and by sending personalized messages to prospects.
• The member also specifically agrees that he will will also abide by the terms of all other websites being used through our platform in any manner.
• The member is under obligation to update his details , any change in the particulars furnished in the profile may lead to the suspension of the accout at our sole discretion.
• The member is under obligation to provide us information regarding the finalization of their marriage and shall delete their account or make a request to us for the same.
• The Member shall use secured devices, software and networks in a private place for accessing the our services so as to maintain the privacy and prevent any breach.
• The member under no circumstances shall use any kind of bots like web robots, Chatbot or any other automated processes/programs/scripts to use, communicate or intereact with our other members.
• Our Member shall not cheque through other programs such as scan or test the vulnerabilities of our Website/Apps or any network connected to the Website/App nor will they breach the security measures . This may amount to breach of our terms and suitable action under law can be initiated on them.
• The member shall transfer the payment only to our payment window and not to any of our employees. We shall not be liable or responsible for any such payment made.
• The members are expected as well as requested to approach us directly to resolve their complaints and grievances and shall not air their grievance/complaints in social media or defame us in any manner.

Registration

• Registration is mandatory for availing our services. We expect that the intending member would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and with providing recent photos of you which will help you to meet our parameters .We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo. You are requested not to key in details of the profile in field other than the applicable field . In order to serve you better if we require additional details you agree to furnish it. We may also reproduce your profile information in other matrimonial websites owned by us including community based websites to provide better matching Profiles for you.
• Members may please note that if we come to know or pointed out by any third party that the information provided by you is false, not correct, inaccurate or otherwise misleading, we reserve our right to suspend the membership at our discretion without informing the member and forfeit any amount paid by you towards the membership fee and refuse to provide services to you thereafter.
• The management also has the complete right to block the registration of your profile on Websites/App, if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by the member in the profile.
• Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed under any circumstances . We shall have full right to suspend or terminate any such profile detected or pointed out by any third party.
• The members may note that the registration with us and the usage of our services is with the bonafide intention of marriage and not otherwise. our Membership is restricted strictly to the registered individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of nor can use the our services or our data for any commercial purpose, and we reserve our rights to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.
• As a member, we expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information on our site. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making through our automated system depend upon yourself furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and photos etc. We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo. • If at any point of time we come to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then we shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards membership fee and refuse to provide services to you thereafter.
• Our services are only for the registered members, based on our terms and conditions stated entered with us through this site.
• The proposed member shall complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing his personal information and all other details on the site for efficient and effective match making through our AI based automated system. Please go through the the relevant columns carefully before filling your details. You are requested not to fill in details of the profile in field other than the applicable field . Take note that you shall be responsible and/or liable for any information uploaded on our site. We may also reproduce/ display/share your profile information on various other platforms to provide better prospects to you. No specific permission for the same shall be taken.
• If at any point of time we come to know or reported by any other party or otherwise your information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then we shall have full right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice and to forfeit the amounts paid by you as membership fee and refuse to provide service to you in any manner or refund any amount thereof.

Member's Roles and Responsibilities

• The member is responsible for uploading true facts, identity and all other details, any information found incorrect at any stage is the sole liability of the member. Our platform under no circumstances shall be held responsible for the same as we do not verify the same at our end.
• Member is responsible to protect his username and password safe and to report any misuse immediately otherwise we shall not be liable for any such misuse.
• Members may note that they are under obligation to provide any additional information required by us whenever sought for.
• Members are requested to exercise due care and caution while short listing the prospect partners and satisfy themselves at their level, through their means before making a choice of your match through. We shall not be responsible for any act of misrepresentation made on our portal as we do not verify or endorse the same.
• Members are expected to verify the credentials of the prospect such as their marital status , family status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc.through expert advice at their end in case of any doubt.
• Member is required to upload latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old.
• In their own interest, the members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrolment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc which can be verified by the intending partners at their end.
• Members are restrained from entering into any financial transactions with prospected partners or any representative from their side.
• Members are advised in their own interest not to share their confidential and personal data with each other and never to share the banking details under any circumstances.
• Members are cautioned and advised not enter into any physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
• Members are restrained from including in any illegal activity at our platform or to use the platform for any other purpose other than specified in the plan.
• Members are advised to cheque the suspended profiles at our website and to report any such mischief by any intending partner.
• Member also agree that while accessing / using the Website/App, he would be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website/App including but not limited to the use of feature of website /App like chat instantly with prospect, viewing horoscope of prospects, enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on their Face book, LinkedIn, etc.
• The member shall not assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.

DISPUTE BETWEEN MEMBERS

• The member is responsible for his interaction and communication with the prospects and we are not responsible for any acts or deeds done bilaterally between the members. We have no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the members, and we shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.
• Members may please note that we are only service provider on the site and not any broker or the agent for any particular member, and we do not partake any kind of discussion between the members and prospects or the results of their discussion.

*Termination

We in good faith reserve our right to terminate your membership or suspend/delete your profile at our sole discretion without any notice to you and take any action on the following events or otherwise:

• In the event of your seeking any physical / financial favors from our other members or
• You have uploaded any incorrect information on our website/App
• You have committed any fraudulent/ unlawful/ illegal activities through the use of our website/App or
• You have violated this Terms and conditions or
• You have misappropriated the name, likeness, email address, contact no or other personally identifiable information of another member from our site.
• If for any reason we have suspended/deleted your profile in good faith, we shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever, including for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequence, if any.
• Your membership may be terminated by us/ you without assigning any reasons by seven days notice on the other, all amount paid till date by you to us shall be forfeited.
• Upon termination / suspension of membership, your right to use or access the our Website/App or our services will cease immediately.

Mode of payment

• Our payment gateway is highly secured and we use a secure server for credit card transactions to protect the credit card information of our users and Cookies are used to store the login information.
• For becoming our member, you have to log in and pay the amount of plan selected by you and follow the instructions and security norms.
• If the member establishes a credit account with us to pay the fees we charge, some additional information, including a billing address, a credit card number and a credit card expiration date and tracking information from checks or money orders is collected at the platform of the bank.
• We use only highly secured server for credit card transactions to protect the credit card information of our users and Cookies are used to store the login information only

RENEWAL

All paid package users can renew the paid package to carry forward the un-used contacts as and when due.
The payments made by our member to us by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / auto renewal is/are treated as non-refundable. Payment once made for our services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
The paid services will be fixed for the tenure prescribes and not beyond that, the members can not hold the same in any manner.

• To avoid any discontinuity, we automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. We would send an electronic mail to your id registered with us for your automatic renewal.
• When you first subscribe for our paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the cost prevailing at that point of renewal shall be applicable.
• If you do not want your paid membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your paid membership by any of the following methods.
• If the user is using WAP or PWA, then the user has to go to the website or App to do the cancellation for auto-renewal as mentioned in point a hereinabove.
• After availing our services and if you opt for chargeback, we will have the right to suspend your profile and take action against you as we deem fit without any notice to you.

*Indemnity

The user and member on this site agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company in all respects from any action arising due to improper use of our services.
